How can I get a refund or replacement for my product?

To notify us that you want to return your product also refund, You will have 7 calendar days after the product has been received by you. If your item meets all the requirements, your return can be initiated by calling Customer Service at the +88 01611 111227 or send us a mail here.

Simply follow the 5 steps stated below:

– Check if your product meets all requirements.

– Contact: customer-care service

– Either drop the product in our office or appoint a rider when you call customer service.

– Your return will go through a quality check.

– If validated, you will get a replacement or refund within 7 working days (whichever was requested).

Note: If the product that you ordered is not available at that moment or due to some other issues if delivery is not possible at that moment you will get a call from our customer care. After your confirmation, you will get the refund within 7 banking days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us here. and send your item to our physical address.
